Images and materials portrayed on this site and promotional material are the intellectual property of Milestone Designs. By purchasing a Milestone Designs Celebration Frame you provide permission for its possible reproduction in or on promotional literature or electronic media, all ceative designs used are protected by copyright law.

Coloured images are intended best representations of actual articles, as with all digital images and individual PC diplay settings colour will vary depending on your monitor and lighting conditions during photography. We aim to show as true a representation of the object as can be expected in these circumstances.

Articles and items that are used to create the Celebration Frame are attached as securely as can be reasonably expected given the weight and size of the item. The frames and contents are unable to withstand excessive or vigorous movement that might damage, release or affect the overall appearance of the finished Celebration Frame.

Milestone Designs cannot be held responsible for the fragility of items you send or inadequate packaging. Ensure that the completed Celebration Frame is hung away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Due to the nature of the natural and silk paper media used there is a likelihood of blemishes and imperfections in the finished Celebration Frame and Keepsake Boxes created. Preserved flowers are subject to discolouration, shrinkage and are fragile once prepared.

Collection of the filled Keepsake Box will be undertaken by our nominated secure courier by prior arrangement. Couriers are only able to state a day on which a collection or delivery can be made and are unable to specify AM or PM slots. Failure of our courier to be able to collect the package may result in an additional charge to Milestone Designs. Milestone Designs reserves the right to pass charged back to the customer at our couriers specified rate.

Payment is required prior to product delivery. Payment can be made via Pay Pal, credit card, debit card or by cheque. Where cheques  are used goods will be dispatched only once funds have cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Milestone Designs Giftware Ltd.

All our products are hand prepared to order, not off the shelf, therefore we aim to process and despatch orders within three to four working days. For urgent orders we recommend direct contact with us to ensure optimum service. However, some products such as hand made guest books and celebrations frames will take longer to prepare, please contact us for more detailed timescales and delivery. Secure couriers and packaging indicating fragile contents will be used during transit of Celebration Frames and keepsake collection to and from Milestone Designs. Any shipment of items to Milestone Designs is the responsibility of the customer until its arrival with us. All other goods are sent by Royal Mail first class delivery unless specified, arranged and paid for by the customer. Items are not sent recorded delivery as Royal Mail can only adise on the location of an item after 2 weeks wich we feel is an inappropriate service level for our customers.

In the event of delayed delivery, we advise that your local Post Office be checked as although Royal Mail should leave a note advising that they have tried to delivery your package, there have been occasions where the note has not been left. Unfortunaltely, this is beyond our control. However, in the event that this happens or a package is delayed for some reason we will endeaver to do all we can from here. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to physically check the contents of their order before signing for goods on delivery. Once goods are signed for, or marked "unchecked" by our courier, we are unable claim for damage during transit. As a result we cannot replace or credit customers in these circumstances.

Back Orders

If the items you have ordered are unavailable orders will usually be despatched within a maximum of 2 working days of goods being available. If the delay is likely to be more than a few days we will contact you to let you know. Should you then inform us that you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will issue a full refund.

All prices are correct at time of publishing but are subject to change and availability. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification. Title of goods supplied does not pass until the goods have been paid for in full. UK VAT is included within the price. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return within 7 days of arrival and we will seek to resolve any dissatisfaction accordingly.

Advanced payments and cancellations: Please note that for advance orders of Celebration Frames, in the event of purchasers cancellation over 28 days a maximum of 75% of sale value will be refunded or 100% as credit facility against other Milestone Designs goods and services. All our Keepsake Boxes are made to order and so a maximum of 75% of sale value will be refunded or 100% as credit facility against other Milestone Designs goods and services. Statuatory refund rights for personalised goods are not obligatory, they are to our discression due to the nature of the goods being unreturnable.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties, nor pass any of your personal data to outside organisations or individuals. Milestone Designs do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, other than where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via e-mail or by enquiring about or ordering any of our products.
